Our DR solution now powers Rush Hour Rewards on Nest thermostats, the largest fleet of smart thermostats in the US. When demand is high, or if there's a grid emergency, energy providers can dispatch automated events to reliably reduce demand.
Customers stay in control. They're notified when an event is scheduled, can see the event running on the thermostat display, and can opt out of an event by simply turning the dial on the device or in the app.
